A chiropractor is defined as a doctor who performs manual adjustments to the joints of the spine or body to improve function, relieve nerve irritation and decrease pain.  I perform traditional chiropractic adjustments as well as provide various lower force techniques when required or requested.  My office also utilizes therapeutic treatments in the form of roller tables, Interferential current, laser light therapy, flexion distraction, and exercises.  For patients with chronic lower back pain with sciatica, I offer Spinal Decompression treatments with good success. I have been providing chiropractic services in the same convenient location for over 20 years.  I am sure that you will find my staff able to answer your questions and make you feel right at home.  We do bill insurances directly and are a preferred provider for many insurances as well as accepting assignment on Medicare.

Mission Statement: To help my patients by providing quality chiropractic services with the goals of decreasing pain, improving function, and restoring health, all performed in a comfortable environment.

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...
